Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listing. Always verify directly with the employer before applying.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling listings, automated submissions, harassment, or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Jobs Wayawaya name, logo, design and editorial content are our property. Job descriptions remain the property of the respective employers.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Jobs Wayawaya is provided "as is". We are not a party to the employment relationship and accept no liability for hiring decisions, salaries or losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
