What is a SETA learnership?
SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) learnerships are accredited 12-month programmes that combine classroom theory with on-the-job training. They are open to unemployed South Africans (typically aged 18–35) and pay a monthly stipend while you earn a recognised NQF qualification.
We aggregate learnership intakes from all 21 SETAs — including Services SETA, MICT SETA, BANKSETA, and W&RSETA — plus corporate graduate programmes.
